Support
Ask a person.
One address, read by someone who worked on the application. No ticket system, no account to create, no phone tree.
Before you write about a problem
Four things usually save a round trip:
- Your macOS version and Mac model.
- How many frames were in the shoot.
- Which camera, and whether the files are RAW or JPEG.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Common questions
-
Will it overwrite culling I have already done? No. Every run first saves what each frame was rated, and one menu item restores an entire run exactly as it was. This is always on and cannot be switched off by accident.
-
Where do my ratings actually go? Into the standard sidecar files beside your photographs, which is where Lightroom, Capture One, and Photo Mechanic all look. They are not held inside a catalogue only we can read.
-
Does it work on an Intel Mac? No. Cullwise requires an Apple silicon Mac.
-
Is there a Windows version? Not today. Whether one gets built depends on how many people ask for it, so if you need one, say so.
-
Does it need an internet connection? Not to run. The application works on your own machine with no licence check that can fail mid-shoot.
-
What happens when my update year ends? Nothing. You keep the last version you received and it carries on working. Buying another year of updates is optional.
